Section 4.05-Spaghetti Dinner Committee: The Spaghetti Dinner Committee shall be responsible for organizing the preseason spirit dinners (three per year) held only for athletes, pep band/Blue Zoo (winter), coaches and high school administrators. The Committee shall:
a. Work with Athletic Director to secure date and assure no conflicts with coaches and teams;
b. Recruit volunteers to assist with preparing the dinner, serving and clean up;
c. Submit a request for the use of culinary arts kitchen and food service prior to the event;
d. Purchase or ask for donations for food items needed;
e. Music shall be encouraged ass shall team comments and skits.
ARTICLE V - Meetings
Section 5.01-Annual Business Meeting: The Annual Business Meeting of the Booster Club shall be held during the May monthly meeting.
Section 5.02-Voting: Those present at the monthly meetings and the Annual Business Meeting may vote.
ARTICLE VI - Finances
Section 6.01-Financial Institution: All monies received by the Booster Club for any purpose shall be deposited to the credit of the general club fund in a financial institution selected by the members.
Section 6.02-Budget Year: The Club shall follow the July 1 through June 30 fiscal year for budget purposes.
